Shoes have become a major accessory to any fashion wardrobe but they have been used to support more than fashion trends. Shoes styles often are selected more for the support features to the arch in the foot than they are for the fashion trend that they are so eloquently styled for. Some parents have children with flat feet and will purchase shoe inserts that provide an additional arch support that the child's need for the foot to grow properly.
