for the training of our new recruits. Proper training is the way to success,

honesty must be the only way the people should be trained.

 

Many times the basic fundamentals necessary to become a Network Marketer are not taught.

We know what kind of commitment and energy it takes to create a thriving organization.

Producing results on a consistent basis is not by accident, rather a life-changing event.

 

"Employee to Self-Employed mindset" is to be willing to change in

the way we communicate, focus, lead, think and act.

Assisting our new marketers to gladly take on this change should be priority number one.

Treat your business like a business not like a job.

 

It is no longer a good idea to get them in and explain it later.

This is short-term thinking and it is not being fair to our new people

or to the company that wants to be around for many years.

 

We have to be honest in the beginning about the realities of being successful in Network Marketing. Fewer people will enroll if they knew the discipline needed plus the learning that is required. The people who make the commitment to join you in your business should be prepared about going into the situation. Than to be uninformed and quite later on.

What is wrong with being honest and telling prospects the truth about our industry?

This is a legitimate industry for people to achieve there financial dreams, so Why Hide It?

 

Do not sugar coat the realities of becoming personally and financially free.

Make an effort to educate before, during, and after the enrollment takes place.

People who know what is going on are more likely to stay for a log time as apposed to

being swept by fancy tactics.

Education, honesty, hard work will assist us all in prospering for many years to come.
