Fast weight loss is an aim for all of us who suffer being overweight. We want to lose weight in as fast and as comfortable a way as possible. Plus if we can find a way that requires as small amount of effort as possible we'd be over the moon! But reality kicks in - a fast, easy weight loss plan that actually works is pretty elusive!
The Real Fortunate Ones!
Some people are exceedingly fortunate and find a plan that suits them perfectly straight away, fits with their lifestyle and to top it off is fairly healthy as well - but unfortunately plans like that are few and far between. And for the vast majority of us the sticking point really is, that the downside that is to be found with so many of the quick weight loss plans which are littering the weight loss/diet plan arena is its all too far too easy to find a fast weight loss plan that will do wonders for your figure, give you back that youthful look you had when you were a bit younger
But unfortunately the unpalatable truth of it, is that no matter how much we manage to lose we always seem to put much of it right back on. And fairly quickly too! - Which is just so frustrating.
Plus we often get seduced by the 'get fixed quick' angle that is touted to us only to regrettably discover after we've started it that it's not necessarily the healthiest plan available either.
Fast Weight Loss has its place - it's a great motivator and really helps keep us on the straight and narrow when we start to falter. We all need some success and when you're doing something you don't really want to do (dieting) and the results don't come - its the old "why am I bothering" syndrome. So combine some fast weight loss to keep up morale but get a plan you can stick with over time and that is healthy to boot.

Don't be put off - just do your research
Of course its fair to say there are many extremely good diet plans out there and certainly many that do the wonders that they claims to providing you have the willpower to really stick with them. But You only need to have the time and strength of character to go and check out what's available, do the research properly and ensure the one you have found will be the diet plan that will suit your needs, If its right for you you can then rest assured that you will be able to put up with the inconvenience of sticking to a diet and watch those pounds start to melt away.
By and large If you need to get rid of more than about ten pounds, then you are more likely to be better off and achieve your desired goal with a plan that is more long term, which would enable you to lose lbs more gradually, in a healthy fashion which would also educate your body and senses to the longer term benefits of training your body in healthier eating habits, smaller portions, less snacking etc which in turn becomes a lifestyle option & should ensure that once you've lost the weight you will keep it off - which is obviously the desired result
A Fast Weight Loss
Most people that I talk to these days regarding health and fitness talk about "getting in shape". But I don't think they fully realize or understand that their words are actually counterproductive to their goals of fast weight loss. You hear a lot of people complain these days about being out of shape and saying, "I need to get in shape and lose weight fast", or, "I want to get in shape and lose fat." It is interesting that you don't hear them saying, "I want to get in shape, create fast weight loss, and stay that way." They may want to stay in shape, but their mindset is focused on getting in shape. This is a big mistake. This makes you more susceptible to the fad diets and latest exercise gimmicks on the market. Why? You're so focused on getting in shape that you'll try almost anything regardless of how crazy or difficult to follow it might seem, because you're entirely focused on the short term.
A simple twist in that "quick fix" idea to one of more long term and constant success in your goal to lose fat will indeed take you down the correct path"quick fix" mindset to one of long term success in your hopes to lose fat will steer you down the correct path. You'll be less enticed by the late night TV hype, and more focused on doing the right things most of the time. Wouldn't you agree that life long health and fitness is what's most important? Of course creating an environment in your body that allows you to lose weight fast is essential to this goal. A person who is in shape in their 50s and 60s is a lot more impressive to me than someone who is lean and fit in their 20s and 30s. It's obviously because those who have the dedication to maintaining an ideal exercise and nutrition strategy for life is a rarity in this world, for sure. It's a rare mindset.
To achieve fast weight loss permanently and transform your body and health for good, you have to make it a true lifestyle change...a new series of habits. And that starts in your mind. That's what the people who are lean for life do. In fact, if I think about all of the people I personally know that are in great shape and have been for a while, I start to understand that they have their minds on staying in shape. They think about it day and night, not obsessively, but with each thing they do?they subconsciously think, "Is this going to positively or negatively impact my long term health and fitness?". "Am I doing everything I reasonable can to lose fat and live a healthy lifestyle?".
The good news is that research shows you can develop simple habits like those involved in eating and exercising properly in under a month?sometimes even sooner. The good news is with the type of exercise and nutrition tips I give my Fat Burning Furnace students, you really don't need to abandon your life's pleasures so that you have to work out every day. You also don't need to follow a crazy fad diet that you can't make a solid lifestyle out of. And after a few months of practicing these methods, I've found that your body will start telling you it wants to keep exercising and eating right?you just won't feel right with out it. Why? Because your body naturally wants to be healthy and lean. You can create fast weight loss by workouts that last between 15-25 minutes performed just 2-3 times per week.
So I ask you to forget the idea of merely "getting in shape" and instead make the idea of staying in shape and building the fat burning environment that is vital to life long health and fitness and fast weight loss"get in shape" mindset, and instead embrace the idea of staying in shape and creating that fat burning furnace that is so essential to life long health and fitness and fast weight loss permanently. Imagine yourself in the body of your dreams, today, tomorrow, and 5, 10, 20 or more years from now. What will you be doing then, in your lean, strong, and healthy body? Chances are, you won't be trying to "get in shape". Alternatively, you'll create fast weight loss all day long, every day, and you'll be able to enjoy life as you should...full of vitality and passion.
