The way it works is that you write up an article. In that article you write about your topic in an informative way that is not trying to sell something. To find out more about this topic John recommends you visit: and you include a link back to your website.

Then go online and search for free article directories. There are hundreds of article directories that you can sign up for and post your articles. Pick some of the most popular ones; those will have the most traffic.

You dont need to be a talented writer to write articles. The articles are short. 300- 400 words are fine and anyone can pound out a basic informative article of this length.

Start by researching your topic a bit. Take some notes. What are other people writing about? What do you already know? What do you want your article to say?

One easy way to write an article is to summarize an article you find online. DO NOT plagiarize, or copy it word for word. It is easy enough to read an article and then rewrite it using your own ideas and words. You will be caught if you are copying articles. Maybe not this time or the next but be sure you will be found out and you dont want to ruin your reputation on something like that.
