There are many natural ADD remedies available nowadays, but the simplest and most natural remedy is to eat less junk food. Although there has been some disagreement on whether or not spikes in blood sugar cause problems with concentration, there is enough evidence to make it worth investigating.

I have heard much anecdotal information on ADHD that suggests that, once family switched to more healthy diets, their children did not have the same concentration and focus problems. Even if this is not the case, it is certainly worth trying. In the worst-case scenario, even if it doesn't work to treat ADHD, it still will improve everyone's health. Until we have better information on ADHD, we have to try out all the options available. No one solution seems to work for everyone, but everyone can find a solution if they try.
