Couples And Romance

    View:
Your eyes meet across a crowded room, or it may be a colleague from work, quite possibly someone you bump into in your local supermarket, there is a connection, not necessarily a physical one. You may have lots of things in common. Anyway the courting and romance starts, you're swept away in a whirlwind of emotions.

He comes to pick you up for your first date, bearing the biggest bouquet he could find, you go for a meal and then go dancing, he takes you home and is the perfect gentleman.

Some couples go through life just taking each other for granted; this isn't the way it should be. People think the romance stops after the wedding vows; romance is an ongoing thing throughout the relationship.

It doesn't matter how many times a day you tell someone you love them. The two main points in any relationship is Trust and communication, without them you might as well give up.

Even when the romancing has cooled down after a number of years, sitting together watching TV, have a cuddle, when out walking hold hands.

Flowers are a nice gesture while courting and for Birthdays and Anniversaries, but why not give them as a treat a little more often. Okay some women think you're guilty of something when you suddenly buy them flowers or other gifts, and start assuming the worst.

Maybe go out for a meal or to a show say once a month, have weekends away when the children are older. Romance doesn't have to stop when you are married.

For some life turns sour, she feels neglected being at home all day with the kids, he comes home tired after a hard days work and just wants to chill in front of the TV. This is where the lack of communication comes in, and the arguments start, at least if you can take a few minutes together even if it's while eating dinner and ask each other questions about their day, it helps alleviate a lot of stress, also ask the kids questions about their day at school, treat it as quality family time.

Guys like to be romanced as well, so treat him now and again, romance doesn't have to be a one sided affair. Plant a tree or a plant in his honour, will boost his ego no end.

There is no end to romance love each other as you did in the beginning and life will be rosy.
