Dishnetwork has a popular offer of free satellite equipment with professional installation, and this includes a Digital Video Recorder (DVR). Your home entertainment system is courtesy of Dish TV . Satellite programming signals by Dish Network are 100 percent digital and provide crystal-clear imaging and excellent CD quality or Dolby Surround sound. Signals are delivered in either standard or high definition resolution format and are then decoded for viewing on your television screen. High definition television viewing is a treat and is often compared to theater-like viewing. Colors are deep and imaging is well-defined. Watching a program in high definition is sort of like watching the action from an open window ? you can see all of the surrounding scenery ? not just the actors. The DVR is great for those who simply can't be in front of the TV when favorites are broadcast. Up to 100 hours of favorites ? movies, sports events, and music ? may be digitally recorded and stored for viewing at later times. The slim remote enables you to create libraries of favorites ? all recorded commercial free. This feature lets you save money and time in video rental fees, buying VCR tapes, and storage. The slender remote has all the features needed to put you back in control over what is viewed in the privacy of your home. It contains a Parental Control lock that lets you block channels by title, time, or ratings. Stop and resume live programming for those unexpected interruptions ? answering phone or door ? without losing a moment of the program.
