Marketers say that, 'content is 'King'.

Because....

* Simply because the search engines love content, they love it because they use it for their customers. Good content is what they thrive on.

* In their search for good content, the search engines scour the net. If your's is perceived as good then they'll grab it.

* That's why if you have good content on your site, that search engines will visit. If they like it, your site will be ranked on their search engine, you might even get on their first page.

You're probably asking yourself...where and how do I get good content?

1. You could write it yourself 2. Alternatively you can get someone else to write it like Elance.com or Guru.com 3. There are Free PLR artilce sites that supply good content.

If you're asking, what should I put in it...read on...

1. A good headline--List a key benefit 2. Good opening sentence. Make it interesting, list benefits here.

3. Now for the body of text--In the main body, it's good if you mention their problem, then list how to fix the problem.

4. Make bullet points---Like these one's makes it better on the eyes.

5. How about making some suggestions, you let them know where they can go for more info.

6. You want to show that you are an expert in the field. This will come across that you know what you're talking about.

* By providing good content, that helps people, they will want to read more of your articles. You will become known as an expert author.

* Where do you get your ideas. The best place is the net. An excellent place to do your research. Do a search on Google for your keyword and check out the sites with lots of pages, they'll most likely have good information. Or go to article sites like, Ezinearticles.com or Goarticles.com. Search for your topic and choose an article, don't copy it. Get an idea and write it in your own words.

* Yahoo Answers is a great place to see what others are asking questions about, look for a topic in your area, then see what some of the answers are about. This could give you some good info.

* Another trick is to check out forums, news boards, or blogs on your topic, see what people are talking about, submit some questions and see what the answers are.

* Look at news groups. These can have some good info on what you're looking for, get the ideas and write them in your own words.
