Sitting in a sweat bath could be the most vigorous activity you've had all day. The heat sauna benefit, sauna health benefit, hot sauna, dry sauna, buy a sauna, build a sauna, sauna, infrared sauna, home sauna, arizona saunaproduces an artificial "fever" and urges every organ of the body into action. While outwardly relaxed, your inner organs are as active as though you were jogging or mowing the lawn. At the same time, you are being cleansed from inside out by the skin, your body's largest organ and its excretion, sweat.
How Your Body React to Sauna Heat
When you lounge in a sweat bath, heat sensitive nerve endings produce acetylcholine, a chemical which alerts the 2.3 million sweat glands embedded in the skin. But not all of them respond. Nevertheless, the eccrine sweat glands, by far the most abundant, respond to heat. During a 15-minute sauna, about one liter of sweat is excreted, depending upon the individual. (Normal daily rate ranges from .5 to 1.5 liters.) Eccrine sweat is clear and odorless; any odor is only created by the presence of bacteria.
When you take a sauna, the heat causes increased blood circulation near the skin and stimulates sweating which helps the body rid itself of unwanted materials and improves general circulation. Some people suffering from toxic poisoning or severe allergies need to purge their systems by sweating heavily, the sauna delivers this easily.
The 15 Minute Workout
Sweat also has the function of being a judicious garbage collector. During a 15-minute sauna, sweating can perform the heavy metal excretion that would take the kidneys 24 working hours. Ninety-nine percent of what sweat brings to the surface of the skin is water, but the remaining one percent is mostly undesirable wastes. Excessive salt carried by sweat is generally believed to be beneficial for cases of mild hypertension.
A metabolic by-product, urea, if not disposed of regularly, can cause headaches, nausea and, in extreme cases, vomiting, coma and even death. Sweating is such an effective de-toxifier that some physicians recommend home saunas to supplement kidney machines. Sweat also draws out lactic acid which causes stiff muscles and contributes to general fatigue. Sweat flushes out toxic metals such as copper, lead, zinc and mercury which the body absorbs in polluted environments.
The body's impurities are flushed away (even nicotine from a smoker's body). This total perspiration helps maintain clear, healthy skin and provides a rosy afterglow. Saunas are first and foremost a place of relaxation. The soft heat and humidity soothes and relaxes tired muscles, relieves stress, and promotes a wonderful after Sauna feeling of satisfaction and well being.
Energizer Rechargeable 15 Minute
It's nearly impossible to make a universal cleaning supply list that fits every home. Every family and home is different, making their cleaning needs also unique. Instead of a list of every cleaning tool and cleanser on the market, our basic cleaning supply list is broken down in to 6 categories of tools. Use these categories as a starting point for creating your own basic cleaning supply list.
15 Minute Living Area Cleanup
Start with a large, empty box and a waste basket placed in the center of the room.
First, collect any dishes and glasses around the room and take them to the kitchen. Put them away or into the dishwasher, out of sight.
Next, collect all trash and garbage(newspapers, wrappers, old magazines, etc.) and throw them into the wastebasket.
Then, collect anything that doesn't belong in the living room (clothing, toys, mail, project equipment) and throw them into the box.
Take both the wastebasket and the box to the garage, basement, closet or other out-of-the-way spot. Don't put items away now. You don't have time. Just get them out of sight!
Grab 2 washcloths -- one damp (but wrung out very dry), and the other completely dry. Quickly wipe off picture frames and mirrors, first with the damp, then the dry rag.
Next, wipe all objects and tabletops with the damp rag, and remove moisture with the dry cloth.
Neatly stack magazines or books on the coffee table. Rearrange decorative objects to an attractive position.
If you have some around, bring in a fresh flower arrangement or fresh plants and place them around the room.
Spritz a light air freshener into the room.
If you have any time left, quickly vacuum the major traffic areas.
If you have yet more time, do a quick wipe-down of the powder room. Put out fresh hand towels.
Turn on some soft music, comb your hair, and sit down! Take a breather and graciously welcome your guests.
15 Minute Kitchen Cleanup
The kitchen cleanup aims to remove trash, dirty dishes, and unwanted items from a kitchen, making it ready to be used, or in good shape for guests to be around. While you won't scrub out the refrigerator, or clean under the sink in this cleanup, you will remove any offending trash and dishes, making your kitchen clean and clutter free.
15 Minute Bathroom Cleanup
The bathroom cleanup helps you quickly organize and wipe down bathroom surfaces. This cleanup will work to maintain your weekly bathroom scrub down, or get a bathroom ready in a hurry when unexpected guests show up.
A good drain opener will dissolve the grease. But it sounds like your problem is further down in the pipe past the trap, where the drain openers work the best. If the toilet is backing up too, then the clog is out of reach of a drain opener. Afraid you'll have to call the plumber guy. Or, you could buy a plumbing snake at the hardware store and do it yourself. They're not that expensive, and they're easy to use.
15 Minute Kid's Room Cleanup
This kid's room cleanup is great for parents at a loss for where to begin when faced with a disaster area child's room. It's also perfect for older readers who can actually follow the list themselves to get their rooms clean. Print it off for them and watch as an all day chore turns into a 15 minute miracle.
15 Minute Bedroom Cleanup
Like many people, I usually leave cleaning my own bedroom for last. After a busy day or week, a bedroom can be in terrible shape. This cleanup will help maintain a bedroom or give it a quick pickup just in time for a restful night.
15 Minute Dorm Room Cleanup
The dorm room cleanup is for those who live in a very small area like an efficiency apartment, or campus housing. These small places can quickly fill up with junk and trash, but this quick cleanup will help organize even the worst-case scenario.
