"What if your business idea doesn't work?" I've heard this phrase said to me so many times after I've told someone the new business I was getting into, that I just stopped telling anyone anything I was doing. They usually say it with a smile on their face too. I don't even know why people would ask this. I don't ask them what they're going to do when the company they work for from 9-5 goes out of business. My answer is, "What if it 'does' work?" What if it does GREAT! This is the attitude that you have to have as an entrepreneur. Of course you can't just do anything and it will work. But if you have a great business plan, you have to believe your idea will do well. Then do everything you can so that it does. Otherwise it "won't work."



Fear of failure is a big reason why people don't even try to start a business. "What if it doesn't work" is what keeps ringing through their heads. The business game isn't a football game. When the clock strikes 0:00 in the fourth quarter the game is over. As long as the Lord allows you to be healthy and be alive on this earth, the business game can keep going on for you until the day you die.
