People who have to take long flights should prepare for the trip way ahead of time. Plan the things you would want to do during the long flight and bring your necessities with you like books you want to read, documents that are overdue or music you have long wanted to listen to. Also make it a point to wear comfortable apparel and to bring slippers to wear during the long flight. It is always advisable to check in early so you can get the aisle seat which is definitely more comfortable.



Long flights usually mean a change in time zones and sleeping patterns. If your point of arrival has a later time zone, it would be best to avoid sleeping and sleep only following the local time. It is best to drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated.
