1) Get out there with your friends! There's no better way to meet women than to be out at clubs and wherever there is nightlife. When you are with your group of friends, you'll feel more confident about approaching women; they'll be there to root you on and to cheer you up if you fail. You may also be introduced to someone your friends know; they can put in a good word for you. This will cut most of your work in half. All that's left for you to do is get a conversation going and get to know each other better.

2) Try the online dating scene. There are many dating web sites that you can go to; to see who is out there. This is much more relaxing because you can see pictures of girls and read their profiles without having to approach them. Establishing an internet friendship with a girl you're interested in will make it less awkward when meeting in person for the first time. Talk over the phone as well.

8) Don't appear to be desperate. Women will wonder why you are trying so hard and what you are trying to cover up; likely flaws.

9) Act a gentleman. Show your chivalry skills and let her know that there are still gentlemen in the world. It's hard for women to turn down a man that treats her well.

10) Learn your women. By knowing how a woman is before you approach her will give you lead way on what to say and how to act.
