Who among us, doesnt wish that they were an expert in martial arts. If you are a woman, then you would have the option of smashing the next jerk right in the pie hole that made a smart remark about the size of any part of your torso. If youre a parent, then it would be no problem at all to put your surly teen in his or her proper place, with a good, solid karate kick, straight to their stubborn head, the next time he or she shot off their mouth at you.

The problem is that it takes so much time and discipline to study and learn martial arts. Now, with high definition from DirecTV, you can study and learn martial arts by watching Bruce Lee, Jean Claude Van Dame and Steven Segal Movies, over and over again while you sit and eat snacks and drink in the safety and comfort of your living room.
