Dictation options

We at Eyered Transcription Services provide all of our clients with two very flexible options in dictation. For those clients who have access to computers and Internet we provide the option of a handheld digital voice recording using which clients get to experience a portable and convenient solution for their dictation. Using this recorder, clients can record their dictations from virtually anywhere at any time. Once the client has recorded these dictations the voice files can be uploaded on to the computer and sent via email, VPN or FTP. For those clients who do not have computer or Internet access, we provide dictation options via the telephone. Using our phone-in toll free dictation facility, clients can easily record their dictation using a PIN and an account number. This facility allows our clients to record dictations from any place at any time of the day. Once the dictation is recorded it is automatically transferred to our Eyered server following which it gets distributed to our designated medical transcribing teams.
