SEO Elite and Web CEO are the most powerful and popular SEO tools in todays market the service provided by the two tools is very similar, however they have some difference.

1-Reports Available: in SEO elite the important reports you can get from the software are

a.Back Link Analysis

b.Get Links to your Website

c.Find out whether link partners still linking

d.Find out where your site ranks for a given keyword

In Web CEO these reports:

a.Inbound Links like Back Link Analysis.

b.Site Rankings: this is same as Find out where your site ranks for a given keyword.

c.Indexed Pages.

d.Competitor's ranking.

2-Update: for this part Web CEO is more efficient and all updates are automated unlike SEO Elite.

3-Back Link Analysis:

SEO Elite will provide more information in this category and provide valuable information like the anchor of link and the page title of the page on which the link is.

However in Web CEO the information seems to be basic and does not give important SERP information like SEO Elite.

4-Speed: SEO Elite is faster though you can change the setting in Web CEO but they don't recommend that to save your IP from getting blacklisted or temporarily banned from SE.

5-Organization: Web CEO has more organization and its database is good for long term SEO analysis, SEO Elite does not keep archived data the way Web CEO does.

6-User Interface: Web CEO has richer and more detailed charts and graphics than SEO Elite.

SEO Elite is good because its information are the most important and rich ones that are needed for SEO optimizer, however it has some drawbacks like fail to get results from SE when they change the format of their results. Web CEO has automatic update but its information returned has to be more SERP oriented and advanced than the current.

Also SEO Elite is older than Web CEO in the market so the programmer of the software Brad Callen has more experience about what work for the SEO industry.
