I decided! I'll not live my life for a mortgage! Is not my dream in life to have crappy jobs just to be able "to pay the mortgage"!



Imagine that I came from a background where you learned to save money and, sometimes, to starve, just to be able later on, in several years, to buy a house with cash [the old way].

I'm old fashioned and I decided to go that way. Lots of reasons: can't keep a job more than 1 year [in this economy and with this bank system], tried a lot of systems to make some extra money, don't want to pay the interest [in most of the cases is 50% of the value of the house - I better pay it forward to help another people], and so on...

Before I decided to go this way we did what all the people are doing: we gone to THE BANK to see what we can afford and we start looking for a house [for a mortgage that we could afford - 160.000$] and we found just small stupid houses in bad areas. I know I can't be fussy on this price... but...

Some examples: one had the floor sinking in the middle because of a written wood beam in the basement, one I could wash my hands in the sink sitting on the toilette, one I couldn't get in between the bed and the wall in the master bedroom, one I just got in the door and I was looking outside the back window, one was right beside a busy train rail, one didn't have any backyard, one has a creek in the back but it was 20 feet down on a steep slope... and so and so...

So, after a hunt like this and after we didn't found anything, we decided to go back to rent... even if we through the money in the wind.

THE BANK advised us to take a 40 year mortgage for the 160.000 that we were "allowed" and that meant 1.200$ / month [for 40 years!] That is insane! At the end we would've paid 485.000$! That means almost 3 times the price of the house! That is THE BANK for you, people!

So, after all this experiences, we decided to find a small house with some land and to see how we can buy it with cash. We tried to save some money and to work some extra hours, we tried to take some second jobs... and still we couldn't save any money... and that's not because we have a crazy life style! I can't remember when I took my wife for a nice romantic dinner at a restaurant...

Anyway...

I said that there one more solution... begging! I know it sounds really bad... but is a reasonable way of making money today and get to do someting with them... Here's an example:

8 hours x 10 people giving 1$ = 80$/day [no tax]

80$ x 5 =400$ / week... + week-ends

400$ x 4 = 1.600$ / month cash in my pocket with no job expences like launch, gas, coffee and so and so...

But that wouldn't be fair for the really needy ones...

So I decided to beg online [with style] to be able to buy a cheap house, to be able to offer my future family a home. I am following the Bible: ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE.

I am asking with the promise that I will pay it forward to the other people in need that will beg for money for a house... who knows... maybe I am starting a wave here that will bring THE BANK and THE MARKET down and will show them that we, the people - the numbers [for them], we have the power!
