This article use two concepts: cultural context (NCVH) context and language (NCNN) to consider teaching English as a foreign language for students who have completed the program in English basis.

NCVH the entire circumstances outside language, that the foreign substances such as cultural characteristics, customs, habits dominant behavior of a language community. Asked to think of greeting, and lower levels of the invitation, and of humility before compliment ... in English are belong to this area.

NCNN the entire circumstances of the language, the nature of the, including all the interactions between subjects and the means of communication helpful. Say more, though at the time: pronunciation, vocabulary, syntax and organization of text, they are the difference between every possible static and dynamic variations, including variations of the language associated associated with the use and variations in language use.

Clearly, if not equipped with sufficient knowledge of property just mentioned, foreign students difficult to use an English fluently.
