What I would say is that no matter where you live you don't have to be stuck suffering with OCD. Seriously! Anyone with OCD just doesn't have to worry about it because the the real tools that are used to defeat OCD work anywhere regardless of surroundings and environment!



What you really need to realize at first is that although your culture may make you more prone to OCD through means that may even be unknown at the time, you don't have to know what these things are. In fact, you can still face it and here are some steps that you can use right now.
