Wrinkles are the roadmap of your life. While wrinkles are normal, defining features of the human face, they can sometimes falsely portray a tired or more aged appearance. It is very important to maintain a healthy diet. Drink plenty of fresh water. Don't smoke. It impedes all of your skins functioning processes. Lock in moisture. Turn the water temperature in the shower to warm, not hot (yes, even in the winter) to prevent stripping the skin of its natural oils. On sunny days, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to your face, neck and other areas of exposed skin before you go out-doors.
