For most of us in a relationship our life is routine. Maybe not at first but we eventually come to the point that we go through our days as if we are programmed to do certain things. We get up with the alarm; get ready for work and out the door we go. We can see the same sort of pattern with our spouse or significant other.

But just because we are doing those things repeatedly does not mean that we are enjoying them. It appears that many times life responsibilities take control of everything we do, even down to the conversations we have with our partner. Our relationship can grow dull and stale as we get into ruts of nothing ever changes and nothing is ever new.
