There are times in life when things simply change. Changes are not always easy to accept, but we don't always don't have a choice. Not all changes are changes for the better. Not the good weight loss, that is when you are trying to lose it, but the bad weight loss: when you are not trying to lose but simply lead a similar eating and exercise life style. You can also gain excessive weight without changing your current lifestyle. These sound hard to pinpoint, but a physician will do a comprehensive test on your blood sugars over a span of time and this will definitively tell them if you have developed diabetes. But, do not despair. The key to controlling diabetes type 2 is to change your lifestyle and maintain that change over time. You need to alter your diet. You need to exercise regularly. You need to monitor your sugar levels, and take action based on that data.
