Jeff Vs Matt Hardy I Quit

    View:
Those are words you never want to hear when dealing with your online business. We all hear about the 95% who quit, and as an upline in your organization, it is up to you to keep this from happening. I want to give a few tips to help keep your downline motivated, informed, and focused on their business. If they quit, not only do they lose, but so do you.

First off, you have to make this venture personal (not just for yourself). If you are too focused on conversions, articles, PPC's, etc...you are going to lose a valuable asset in your home business. Your downline. You have to communicate to the people who are helping to create your success. As an upline it is your responsibility to teach others what you have done. Why would you not do that? Emulation of success breathes even more success.

OK upline, have you sent a broadcast or postcard to the people in your groups letting them know that you are there for them? Are you giving them vital information on how to grow their business? Now, I do not want to hear, "I send them emails but they never respond." Maybe they don't. Maybe they do not have you on their acceptable email list. Ask them to send you a response stating they do. If they do not respond, at least you sent the information and keep sending it. Also, get them to join forums or social groups so they feel like they are part of the team.

The more you send, the better chance you have to keep someone in your group. As an upline you can make or break a person who is seriously thinking of bailing out. When someone gets the impression that you care about their success, this can be a turning point for them. For example, say you have someone who is on the fence and is unsure if they want to quit the online business or leap over it running toward financial freedom. As their personal upline, do you let them fall or do you light the fire under them that causes the chain reaction within them that makes them the next online business guru?

The power of one email or even a phone call can make that person in your downline the next Internet millionaire. Just one. What if you duplicate this over and over because you take 2 minutes a few days a week to let your people know that are there for them? Remember, if you are at the top of the totem pole, the only way you stay there is to keep the others in the line stable. "Hey, upline I quit" should never be heard if you do everything you can to help your downline find their groove.

Teach them to do exactly what you do. The sooner you erase the "quit" mentality, the more growth you will have in the future.

Jeff Vs Matt Hardy I Quit
Now I know that all of you smokers out there know darned well that smoking isn't good for you, so I'm not going to go on and on about the main problems that smoking can cause you, these things are already well documented, but I will say this; you can eat five portions of fruit and veg a day and exercise regularly, but healthy behaviour means little if you continue to smoke.

People have been very well aware for many years now of the main health problems brought on by smoking. But that said, here are a number of other health issues and facts that many people are simply not aware of:

What a lot of people don't realise is that just one cigarette contains more than 4000 chemical compounds and around 400 of those are actually toxins (poison, to put it plainly). When you inhale on your cigarette, the tip burns at 700 degrees centigrade, whilst the core has a heat of around 60 degrees. What happens here is that the heat breaks down the tobacco to make various toxins, which are then concentrated towards the butt. You receive the worst of the 'poison' as you finish your cigarette.

The most damaging products are:

1) Tar, a substance that causes cancer

2) nicotine is the addictive substance and raises cholesterol

3) carbon monoxide lowers the oxygen in your body

Smoking causes differing levels of damage depending on:

1) The number of cigarettes smoked

2) If the cigarette has a filter or not

3) In what way has the tobacco has been prepared

Although it is well known that smoking kills, what many smokers do not realise is that of the 300 people who die daily in the UK due to smoking, research has now shown that many of them are rather much younger than ever before.

The number of people under the age of 70 who die from smoking-related diseases exceeds the total figure for deaths caused by breast cancer, AIDS, traffic accidents and drug addiction.

I know you're all going to shout, ah c'mon at this one, but the ugly truth is this...if you started smoking at an early age, smoke more than 20 a day and inhale deeply, the greater your chances of getting lung cancer. It then takes roughly 15 years for your risk of getting lung cancer to drop to that of a non smoker.

Other cancers that are not so publicised are cancers of the mouth. If you smoke the risk is four times that of a non smoker to get cancer on or under the tongue, or on the lips. Another illness that smokers do not tend to be as aware of as lung cancer is COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), for which smoking is responsible for 80 percent of cases.

It's estimated that 94 per cent of 20-a-day smokers have some emphysema when the lungs are examined after death, while more than 90 per cent of non-smokers have little or none. COPD typically starts between the ages of 35 and 45 when lung function starts to decline anyway.

When anyone ages, it is a natural process for their lung function to slowly reduce. However, for a smoker this can be as much as three times faster. Over years, you can expect to become more and more breathless, until needing constant oxygen, hospital care and then death due to slow suffocation...NOT GOOD.

And now one especially for the guys...did you know that smoking can affect your favourite person...yes, I am talking about mini-you! Men in their 30s and 40s can begin to suffer from erectile dysfunction because smoking can cause damage to blood vessels in various parts of your body. If the vessels are not functioning well in the penis, the blood cannot get there to do it's job. Nicotine narrows those arteries...that should give you something to think about!

Don't think that because you have no problems now, that you won't. Oh no...this narrowing problem increases over time so things could get worse later on (no apologies for scare tactics here). More importantly, a smoker with erectile problems should see a doctor, as this can be an indicator that cigarettes have already damaged other blood vessels, including those that supply blood to the heart.

The smoke that you do not inhale and is released from your cigarette between puffs actually carries a higher risk than inhaled smoke. Maybe it's time for a little thought for your non smoking partner, kids, friends, etc., (yeah, I'm trying the guilt trip tactic now).

Children who grow up in a home where one or both of their parents smoke have twice the risk of getting asthma and asthmatic bronchitis. They also have a higher risk of developing allergies. Infants under two years old are more prone to severe respiratory infections and cot death.

Passive smoking has also been widely documented and the link between that and lung cancer is pretty well established, although the link between passive smoking and heart disease is not conclusive. What you can be sure of though, is that as a non smoker or an ex smoker, you can look forward towards a happier and healthier old age.

So after all this, what is my message? Well I hope to have given you one or two things that you had never thought of before to think about. There are folks out there who love you, and there are 100's of stop smoking programmes to help you too. Go on, give it a go...and stop smoking now!
